  • All appointment requests must be made online. Bookings are not confirmed until personally accepted by us.

  • Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will have to pay full price.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must disclose them before your session.
