About me...

Since graduating with a Masters in Sport and Exercise Sciences, I have ​started my career in rehabilitation. I have been involved in Spinal Cord ​Injury rehabilitation, supporting the acute to chronic journey of patients, ​developing exercise and stretch programs for those who aim to build ​strength and become independent. Working alongside physiotherapists, ​occupational therapists and nurses provided me with an insight into ​rehabilitation. This developed my interest in functional recovery and ​secondary injury prevention...


I am qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist, using a range of techniques ​to facilitate a return to function, reduce risk of injury, and assist clients to ​achieve goals. My Personal Training qualification also provides me with ​scope to develop exercise, stretch, and flexibility programs, and offer ​nutritional advice to those who wish for this service.
